Ready to take your headstand practice to the next level?
This workshop is designed for those who can already hold a headstand for a few seconds and want to refine their technique, explore advanced variations, and learn smooth transitions. We’ll begin with a quick anatomy review to ensure we’re all starting from a solid foundation, then move into drills and warm-ups to prepare your body for more complex movements. From there, we’ll dive into headstand progressions, arm balances, and fluid transitions.

If you’re still on the cusp of getting your headstand, you’re welcome to join and see where you get to — you might surprise yourself! Watching, learning, and getting inspired can be just as valuable, but if you’re still working on the basics, we recommend booking the Beginners Headstand Workshop first.
